Typically, therapy sessions last 50 minutes. I may offer longer sessions, depending on your needs. Sessions generally take place once a week, but the frequency can be adjusted as you progress in therapy.

Yes, I offer online therapy for clients who prefer or need remote sessions. Online therapy provides the same quality of care as in-person sessions, and I can accommodate your preferred platform, whether it’s video, phone, or chat-based sessions.

Yes, it’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free phone consultation to determine if we would be a good fit to work together. Additionally, during our first few sessions you’ll get a sense of my style and approach. If at any point you feel the need to change therapists or approach, I encourage open communication, and am happy to assist in finding someone who aligns with your needs.

My session fee is $250. I do not accept insurance. However, I do offer a Super Bill that gives you the opportunity to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

The length of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Some people come for a few sessions to address specific issues, while others may choose long-term therapy for deeper exploration and personal growth. I will regularly review your progress to ensure therapy is meeting your needs.
